With the objective of building a solidarity, sustainable, and diverse economy, this guiding principle is focused on supporting micro-producers and entrepreneurs in Tequila and the Agave Landscape.

Support Program for Micro-entrepreneurs in the Agave Zone

In collaboration with the best universities, we develop productive projects and training models that foster local sustainable development, respecting the region's identity and heritage. We look for businesses with high social impact and the capacity for innovation to solve emerging problems.

In addition, we work with communities to recover the traditions and customs of Tequila through events that strengthen identity and social cohesion.

Beckmann Foundation and Gran Coramino™ Support Tequila Entrepreneurs
Building a business from scratch is a challenge, which is why the Beckmann Foundation joins Tequila Gran Coramino™ — the brand founded by Hart and Beckmann — to celebrate and support small business owners and entrepreneurs in Tequila, Mexico.

Collaboration with ITESO University

In 2022, collaboration began with ITESO University, providing training, advice, and support to artisans and micro-producers in the Tequila region and the Sierra de Tequila with multidisciplinary groups of university students and professors to boost them in the development of their business plans, support them in training on finance, social media management, product innovation, and better management of their business plans.

Beckmann Foundation and Tecnológico de Monterrey: Tequila al 100

This bootcamp arises from the identification of a community need: to incentivize micro-producers and entrepreneurs in Tequila and the agave zone. Part of the objective is for local people to integrate and satisfy community needs, achieving full access to goods and services, while preventing them from being gentrified due to the large number of tourists they receive annually. 33 micro-producers participated in this project, boosting their project through the development of practices and skills that they can later exploit in their ventures.
